About Property Istanbul

Who we are

Property Istanbul is a brand of CCT Gayrimenkul Pazarlama ve Danışmanlık A.Ş., a real estate company founded in Istanbul in 2014. The company holds a real estate trading licence (Taşınmaz Ticareti Yetki Belgesi) from the Istanbul Provincial Directorate of Trade, and our office is in Levent, on Büyükdere Caddesi.

The site started in 2017. Today it lists more than 2,000 residential and commercial projects built over the last 25 years, by more than 1,200 developers, in 87 districts and neighbourhoods of Istanbul.

What we do

• Every project in one place. Each project page gives the district, the developer, the property types, the delivery status and the features, with photos and the project's place on the Istanbul properties map.
• A direct line to the seller. For projects under construction we put buyers in touch with the developer directly; for resale homes in completed projects, with local agencies.
• Help before and after the purchase. We handle Turkish citizenship applications, sell properties for owners abroad with a power of attorney, furnish homes and manage them for owners abroad: finding tenants and collecting the rent.

How we keep the information right

• We check the projects ourselves. In October 2026 we checked the map position of every project one by one, and looked up the delivery of more than 650 projects that were due between 2018 and 2026. A project's status reads Completed (with the year where we could confirm it), Under construction, Construction stalled or Cancelled.
• No prices on project pages. Ask us for current prices and availability.
• Official sources. Our guides to citizenship, residence permits, the buying process and property taxes are written from the laws and official sources they list at the end, and our property sales statistics are updated every month from TÜİK, Türkiye's statistical institute.
