5. Levent Korupark

5. Levent Korupark is a residential project by Torunlar GYO in the 5. Levent neighborhood of Eyup, on the European side of Istanbul. It is the second and last stage of 5. Levent, on a separate plot of 43,405 sqm next to the first stage and beside the TEM motorway. The project has 744 apartments in seven blocks of 19 to 24 floors, one of them a residence block, and 770 units in all with the shops and offices. Building work started in 2022 and the project was completed in 2025.

The apartments come in 12 plans from 1+1 to 4+1, between 80 and 220 sqm, with balcony, garden and terrace types among them. About 70% of the site is landscaped. Shared facilities include indoor and outdoor pools, a fitness center with a sauna and steam room, tennis, basketball, volleyball and football courts, walking, running and cycling tracks, playgrounds, an amphitheater and a garden cafe. A panoramic lift inside the site leads to public transport: the developer gives the distance to the Eminonu to Alibeykoy tram line as 100 meters and to the Mecidiyekoy to Mahmutbey metro line as 800 meters.
