Algun Prime Atasehir

Algun Prime Atasehir is a residential and commercial project by Algun Insaat in the Barbaros neighborhood of Atasehir, on the Asian side of Istanbul. It is an urban renewal project on Sutcu Yolu Caddesi in West Atasehir, close to the Istanbul Finance Center. The developer describes 4 blocks, two of 15 stories and two of 9 and 5 stories, with 267 units in total across homes, offices and shops. Work on site began in January 2026, and no completion date has been given.

The homes are 1+1 and 2+1 apartments. In the catalogue plans a 1+1 has about 43 to 46 sqm gross and a 2+1 about 74 to 75 sqm, and some 1+1 flats have their own ground-level terrace. The roof holds an infinity pool facing the Princes' Islands, a cafe, a sun terrace and a mini golf course. The shared areas also include a fitness center, sauna, hammam, meeting room, children's playroom and gardens between the blocks, with covered parking and 24-hour security. The developer puts Palladium shopping mall 100 meters from the project and Bostanci pier 3 km away.
