Alteras

Alteras is built by Mustafa Alemdar Yapi in Sancaktepe/Osmangazi. The project was planned as 2 blocks and 78 apartments on a land area of 7.650 sqm. In the project, the water, moisture and heat insulation applied to the building floors and structures has been made with modern and lasting methods, and living areas that are extremely durable against earthquakes have been created. The project, which has 80% landscape area in general, has worked on all the details of the landscaping, the parking and all the social facility areas with an environmentally friendly approach that could not be achieved until now. There are indoor and outdoor playgrounds, a sauna, a Turkish bath, a fitness center, pilates areas, a walking track, a 5 sqm storage room for every apartment and an indoor parking space for every apartment. In addition, compound walls, security walls and a 24-hour camera system make life in the building more secure. The priority in the project was to create an economical living space. Within this scope, it was planned that products such as waste oils, glass, plastic bottles, waste batteries and leftover bread, which can be recycled within the compound, would be put to use through central collection systems.

"Are you ready to enjoy the sky on every floor?" The Alteras project, which comes out with this slogan, draws attention with its different architecture. On the 7.650 sqm area, 80% of the project is set aside for green areas, free of a dense reinforced concrete look. The Alteras project was developed in accordance with the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) criteria developed by the US Green Building Council (USGBC). In addition, planning was done to make the most of sunlight-receiving systems for lighting the indoor and outdoor areas. For garden irrigation and pool water, the infrastructure for the supply of rain and borehole water was prepared and lower water consumption was planned.
