Arena 24

24 Insaat’s exceptional project Arena 24 is built in Kucukcekmece. The project consists of 59 residential and 19 commercial units, which are designed in a structure with a boutique taste in architecture. The total construction area the project holds is 13.672 sqm, while the land area of the project is 3.493 sqm, which is an unusual number for a limited number of residential units.

The project highlights its quality as both a recreational and a residential center in the heart of Kucukcekmece, a newly prospering district of the European side of Istanbul. By road, Istanbul Airport is about 37 km away. Some of the other social features the project puts forward are fiber Internet infrastructure, security, a closed garage, a business room, a fitness center, home-offices and reception services, besides the other regular social facility features available in all projects. Hence, Arena 24 stands out with its dual use of both residential and home-office style units.

The Arena 24 project of 24 Insaat was scheduled for delivery to clients by September 2019. As the company introduces it, the project is praised as the newest project available in the Halkali region, rising in Halkali Square, one of the rising values of Istanbul.
