Arwen Merlin

The cooperation of Saldan Insaat and Oz-Ka Insaat has built the Arwen Merlin project, which encompasses a 32.650 sqm land area. The project includes not only residential but also commercial units, independently, within the double block structure. Each block embodies residential and commercial units respectively. There are 66 offices, 39 residences, 14 stores and 3 café/restaurant areas within the project. The availability of different types of residences, which are 2+1 and 3+1, will address different groups of residents. The 3+1 type apartment units are designed as lofts.

Rising in the Kurtkoy region on the Anatolian side of Istanbul, the Arwen Merlin project aims to bring the region into the urban landscape with a combined project which upholds lifestyle and work environment.

Some of the facilities included within this project are outdoor and indoor swimming pools, a children’s swimming pool and playgrounds, a children’s recreational area, a fitness center, a spa center with Turkish and Finnish baths and a sauna, a vitamin bar and an underground car park. The residential services are a security guard and controlled entrance, storage tank, power generator, lobby and reception area, elevator and central heating.
