Atakoy Marinada Residence

Atakoy Marinada Residence is a residence project by DATI Holding beside the Atakoy Marina in Bakirkoy, on the European side of Istanbul. It was first sold as Atakoy Marina Park Residence 99 and was later replanned and renamed. The architecture is by Tabanlioglu Architects, and the residences on the project's own site are numbered up to 72.

Plans range from 1+1 duplexes to 5+1 residences, with a triplex and a penthouse. The sample plans the project publishes are a 1+1 duplex of 230 sqm, a 2+1 of 245 sqm and a 3+1 of 355 sqm, all gross. Balconies and terraces face the marina, and gardens climb the facade on every floor.

The project is located within Turkey’s largest mega yacht marina and the elegant line of the project corresponds to the region it belongs to. The social amenities and advancements offered in the project help enhance the living standards of the residents.
