Atlantik Fly

Built by Atlantik Yapi, the Atlantik Fly project is a residential project located on Istanbul’s Anatolian side, in the Pendik region. The district houses different kinds of livelihood venues and significant locations such as the airport, the marina and various shopping centers, hospitals etc. The project consists of 140 residential units and is built on a 4.200 sqm land area. The availability of 3 different residence options, namely 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom types, helps enlarge the domain of the target resident/client portfolio. The delivery of the residential units in Atlantik Fly was scheduled to start in April 2019.

The social aspect of the residence is not as developed as that of the residential centers with large living spaces and landscape architecture areas, but Atlantik Fly provides the basic and most significant social facilities to its residents. These features include an outdoor swimming pool, a fitness center, a sauna, a sunbathing terrace, a children’s park and a walking track, the view of the Marmara Sea as well as the islands, and security staff. As can be seen, the social facilities and services address a wide range of residents and the basic necessities of the residents are fulfilled. With the residential compound located right next to Sabiha Gokcen International Airport, its estate value and the demand for the units are expected to surge in time.
