Ayisigi Halting Place

Ayisigi Halting Place project is constructed by Demir Insaat in Beylikduzu. The project consists of 9 blocks and 346 floors. Each block has 9 floors. There are also 7 commercial units project. The total land area is 13.000 sqm and green area is 8.700 sqm. In the project, there are apartment options with 1+1, 2+1, 3+1 and 4+1 housing options changing from 65 to 240 sqm. It has social facilities including hairdresser, grocery store, storage space, indoor and outdoor parking areas, gym, football field, basketball court, squash court, volleyball field, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sauna, restaurant/cafe, playground and Turkish bath.

One of the innovations presented at the Ayisigi Halting Place project is the establishment of a special system in which each household can pay room-based gas usage bills. In this system, the private sensor in each apartment transfers this information to the central system when the house owners are closed the natural gas of the rooms where they do not need heating. The central system allows bills to be created according to usage. Apart from that, the private electric cookers in the apartments save energy and prevent the security risks caused by gas usage. With the investments made by Demir Insaat in this direction, the total saving rate reached by the house owners is 70 percent. Another important detail in the project is the salt room, which separates the Ayisigi Halting Place from other housing projects. For Demir Insaat, salt chambers designed for the first time in Velicko, Poland, have spread to the world, proving that they treat many diseases such as asthma, cough, bronchitis, allergic conditions.
