Birlik Parkada

The Birlik Parkada project is an urban transformation project by Birlik Yapi. It has 243 residential units and 12 commercial units. All the units are designed to be suitable for families. There are 2+1, 3+1 and 4+1 units and the sizes range from 119 to 216 sqm. Each house has a master bathroom and the kitchens are designed as open kitchens. Besides the comfortable features of the houses, facilities were also planned to create a comfortable and high quality life for the residents. There are both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a fitness center, football and basketball courts and a sauna. There are also separate social areas for men and women. Environmental arrangements are done carefully to provide a natural and beautiful landscape with gardens. Also, there is a party area for gatherings. A restaurant and a café are in service for different activities or family meetings.

Another feature that makes Birlik Parkada very famous is its location. Around the project, there are hospitals, schools, shopping centers and parks. Besides, the project is very close to Taksim and other important key points.
