Bogaz Camlica

Bogaz Camlica is a residential project by Oz-Ka Insaat and EB Park Insaat in the Kupluce neighborhood of Uskudar, on the Asian side of Istanbul, on the slope below Buyuk Camlica hill. It has 84 homes in 7 blocks set in a row facing the Bosphorus. The developer lists the project among its ongoing works and has not published a completion date.

The homes are large family flats: 4+1 garden duplexes with private gardens, 4+1 and 4.5+1 flats on the normal floors, and 7+2 roof duplexes with their own elevator and wide terraces. In the developer's plans the net area, balconies and terraces included, runs from about 171 sqm for a garden duplex to about 476 sqm for a roof duplex. The shared facilities include an indoor swimming pool, a gym, a pilates studio, a spa with sauna, steam room and hammam, a cafe and a market. Each flat has a storage room and 3 to 4 spaces in the covered car park, which is prepared for electric car charging. The developer puts Kisikli metro station 1.1 km from the project and the 15 July Martyrs Bridge 3.5 km away.
