Boulevard Istanbul

Boulevard Istanbul is a mixed-use project by Vizor Grup and Faraz Grup in the Pinartepe neighborhood of Buyukcekmece, in the Beykent area on the European side of Istanbul. The single seven-story building stands on Yavuz Sultan Selim Bulvari, near the district line with Beylikduzu, on about 10,000 sqm of land. It holds 254 units in total: shops and a shopping section at street level, offices, and 111 apartments on the 5th, 6th and 7th floors, 37 on each floor. The roof has two restaurant spaces with large terraces. The developer lists the project as completed.

The apartments range from studios to 3.5+1, and most of them are studios, 1+1 and 2+1 units. The 3+1 plans have two bathrooms. The developer advertises sea, lake and city views. There is a 24-hour reception and security service, about 500 sqm of sports areas and a car park for more than 100 cars. The developer puts the Perlavista shopping mall about 100 meters away, Beykent University and Beylikduzu State Hospital about 200 meters away, and the E-5 highway and the main metrobus station about 2 minutes away.
