Business Istanbul

Business Istanbul is a commercial project which consists of two high-rise towers. The project is owned by SVR Group and it is located in the Kadikoy district of Istanbul. The project’s neighborhood, Fikirtepe, has been included in the urban transformation process; therefore, there are various similar residential and commercial centers in the region. The project Business Istanbul includes 393 office units and is built upon a 10.000 sqm land area. Since June 2017, the units have been rented or sold to the future owners. The project offers offices with areas per unit ranging between 71 and 1.350 sqm. These offices are designed with ultimate practicality, joy, favorable design and aesthetics in mind.
