The shared facilities include an outdoor pool, 2 indoor pools, 2 Turkish baths, 2 saunas, 2 gyms, a spa, an outdoor and an indoor cinema, walking paths and children's play areas. There is a 2-level covered car park with charging points for electric cars, and the site has 24-hour security and cameras. The developer places the Tuzla shore 3 minutes and Viaport Marina 5 minutes away.
