Ciftlik Evleri

The Ciftlik Evleri project of Azam Gayrimenkul rises in the Beylikduzu region of Istanbul. Beylikduzu is one of the largest and most populated districts on the European side of Istanbul and it is known for its close proximity to other significant regions like Zeytinburnu, Bakirkoy, Bayrampasa and Buyukcekmece.

The project is built upon a 3.300 sqm land area and can be regarded as a boutique project because it only includes 12 residential units. These units come in two distinct types, which are 4+1 and 5+1 apartments. The area per unit ranges between 137 sqm and 254 sqm; hence all of the apartment units are larger when compared to other residential projects surrounding Ciftlik Evleri.

Some of the residential features and social facilities available in the project are a children’s playground and recreational park, security staff on duty 24/7, controlled entrance to the residential area as well as the outdoor parking lot, the view of the Marmara Sea, built-in white goods and balcony options within the units, and lastly, a power generator and an elevator in each block of the project.
