Delta Incirli

The Delta Incirli project, located in Bahcelievler, next to Bakirkoy’s Incirli neighborhood, consists of 6 blocks, 5 of which are residential and the other one is reserved for the hotel. The blocks are designed to have 5-6 floors. There are 96 residential units, 50 commercial units and 130 units for the hotel available in the project. The whole project is laid out on a 12.624 sqm land area.

Some of the key characteristics of the project are its extensive use of green living space and outdoor recreational areas. The project models show us the green space’s domination over the residential/commercial project. The rooftops, terrace areas and garden floors are decorated in accordance with the landscape.
