Denge Towers

The Denge Towers project, built by Denge Yapi, is located in the Sancaktepe region of Istanbul’s Anatolian side. The project is a combined one, including both residential and commercial spaces. There are 120 residential units available in Denge Towers with 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms. The area of these units ranges between 65 and 145 sqm. The entire project is situated on a 6.040 sqm land area. The commercial area of the project was planned to be used as a shopping center, rented or sold to brands to be used as stores.

The delivery date of the units to the prospective customers was April 2018.

The project includes many residential features and services, such as but not limited to children's recreational parks, a sauna and fitness center, a shopping center, a security checkpoint with CCTV monitoring and controlled entrance to the residential compound, a basketball court, a walking track, an underground parking lot and storage tank, a power generator, an elevator and a water booster, which are the structural qualities. The units include central heating, heat cost allocators and a balcony option.
