It stands in the Piripasa neighborhood on the northern shore of the Golden Horn, across Haskoy Caddesi from the Rahmi M. Koc Museum, on a plot of 6,856 sqm with 20,142 sqm of construction. There are 119 homes in three low-rise blocks set around a private courtyard, and 5 shops on the street front. The building permit was issued in August 2025, and the developer plans handover in 2028.
The homes range from 1+1 apartments of about 76 to 84 sqm gross to 3+1 duplexes of about 243 to 259 sqm on the top floors, and most are 2+1 apartments. Garden-level apartments have their own terraces and gardens, and every home has a balcony or terrace and a storage room. According to the developer, 66% of the site is landscaped. The courtyard has walking paths, water features and a pool, and a social facility holds a fitness center and a spa. The homes have smart home systems, and the indoor car park has one space for each home and 7 charging points for electric cars.
