Eke Aydos Evleri is located in the Sancaktepe region of Istanbul’s Anatolian side. Valfsel Armatur’s project encompasses a land area of about 31.500 sqm. The residential complex contains 546 residential units along with 23 commercial units that are designed as stores. The units in the project come in 4 types, which are studio, 1+1, 2+1 and 3+1. Eke Aydos Evleri rises in 8 blocks in total, which constitute a massive living area combined with the social facilities and green living space incorporated into the project.

The facilities and services provided for Eke Aydos Evleri residents are rich in number and variety. There is a perfect social facility for each desire, ranging from sports to entertainment.
