Elite Erenkoy

Elite Erenkoy is a residential project by Sua Insaat in the Erenkoy neighborhood of Kadikoy, on the Asian side of Istanbul. It is an urban renewal project with 251 apartments and shops and cafes at street level, in four blocks of 15 floors including the ground floor. The site lies between Minibus Caddesi and Bagdat Caddesi, and 6,100 sqm of it is set aside for gardens and landscaping.

Plans range from 1+1 to 6+2. Net sizes on the developer's plans run from about 41 sqm for a 1+1 to about 112 sqm for a 3+1, and the largest homes are 4+1 and 6+2 duplexes with a roof terrace. The developer describes views of the Princes' Islands and the sea. Residents have an indoor swimming pool, fitness room, sauna, steam room, tennis and basketball courts, walking paths, ornamental pools and children's play areas, with 24-hour security. Parking is in a closed car park with charging points for electric cars, and the apartments have underfloor heating and VRF air conditioning. The developer puts the nearest Marmaray station 800 meters away and gives the drive to Sabiha Gokcen Airport as 30 minutes.
