Elysium Residence Cubuklu

Elysium Residence Cubuklu is a residential project by Kozay Insaat, a company of the Ofton group, in the Cubuklu neighborhood of Beykoz, on the Asian side of Istanbul. It is an urban renewal project with 59 homes in two blocks, A and B, set on sloping land on Dedeoglu Caddesi. The developer says the project has Bosphorus views and gives the walk to the Bosphorus as 250 meters and the drive to the Fatih Sultan Mehmet Bridge as 5 minutes.

The plans run from 1+0 studios and 1+1 flats to 5.5+1 duplexes. There are 20 duplexes: 9 with gardens and 11 that take in the roof floor, with terraces. Gross sizes on the developer's plans range from about 44 sqm to about 450 sqm and include gardens and terraces where a home has them. Every apartment has one space in the closed car park and a 4 sqm storage room. Shared facilities include a swimming pool and a children's pool, a Turkish bath, a sauna, fitness, pilates and yoga rooms, a meeting room and a children's playground, with 24-hour security and a smart home system.
