Evkur Bahcelievler was announced by Evkur as a residential project for the Bahcelievler district. The residential complex was planned on a 74.074 sqm land area in total with 1.036 suite units that were to be subdivided into 1+1, 2+1 and 3+1. The sizes of the units were not announced. No sales launch or construction is known to have followed the announcement.
Besides the residential side of the project, 56.422 sqm of floor area was reserved for a store-type commercial center, 27.840 sqm of floor area for offices and 30.056 sqm of floor area for a hotel. The mixed project was to involve 11 blocks, 8 of which were residential, 2 for offices and 1 for the hotel.
The location chosen for the project is in close proximity to CNR EXPO Center, various shopping centers and hospitals as well as central locations such as Avcilar, Beylikduzu, Bakirkoy and Bayrampasa. The project’s residential units were said to be ready by June 2019.
