Garden Hill Bahcelievler

Built by Ozkanca Yapi ve Girisim in the district of Bahcelievler, Garden Hill Bahcelievler contains 7 blocks, which have 212 living units and 8 commercial units. The project includes an indoor/outdoor parking lot with a capacity of 220 vehicles, eliminating parking problems for all its residents.

The social aspects of the project include a swimming pool, courts for different branches of sport, a Turkish bath, tracks and a well-equipped fitness center. The decorative pool at the center of the project unites all blocks within one courtyard, which supports a unified design approach. The main outstanding point of Garden Hill Bahcelievler is its merging of blue with brown. The seemingly wooden exterior appearance of the blocks, along with the blue ponds and the swimming pool, allows a natural beauty to rise in the center of city life. Such a design gives the project its name, “Garden Hill”, as it becomes a garden in an urban setting like Istanbul.

The low-rise architecture has received great attention from prospective customers and Garden Hill Bahcelievler residents. The designers avoided the use of high-rise apartment blocks in order to preserve the lively, intimate atmosphere.
