Gurpinar Konaklari

The Gurpinar Konaklari project is completed in the Buyukcekmece district on a 6.000 sqm area. The project is designed with a boutique concept. One of the most attractive features of the project is that it is very close to the beach; also, the buildings are not so high, providing a lighter area. There are 2+1 and 3+1 flat options with sizes of 110 sqm and 145 sqm, respectively. The flats are equipped with the highest technology to provide the highest comfort and safety. Each flat has its own balcony and is fitted with built-in white goods. The buildings comply with the earthquake and insulation regulations. Besides, their building inspections and site investigation are completed. The project also offers a wide range of facilities like an outdoor pool, gazebos, a sunbathing terrace, playgrounds for kids, a pool for kids, etc. The area is continuously growing and becoming a more attractive place with its peaceful and safe environment and its facilities, so the location of the project makes it even more desirable and favored.
