Yesilbag Evleri

The project, Hakyapi Yesilbag Evleri, is located in Pendik’s Yesilbag neighborhood. The owner of the project, Hakyapi, has produced many successful projects in Istanbul, and Yesilbag Evleri, which rises in Pendik, has become one of them. There are 68 residential units available in the project, and it is built upon a 1.000 sqm land area in total.

The project includes various structural and residential qualities that entail social features and facilities. These can be listed as the fitness center, children’s playground, basketball court, underground parking lot, gazebo, security watch and controlled entrance for pedestrians and vehicles.
