Hayat Park Istanbul

The Hayat Park Istanbul project was completed by the partnership of Bayrak Insaat – Alkan Insaat – Atamer Insaat. In the project, there are 141 flats with the options of 2+1 and 3+1, with sizes ranging from 95 sqm to 141 sqm. Built on a 4.000 sqm area, the project is 75% green area. Although it is in the heart of a mega city, Istanbul, the residents will have the feeling of staying in a natural area thanks to the design of the project. Everything has been thought of for the comfort of the residents: there are playgrounds for children, a fitness center for sports lovers, walking tracks for those who cannot skip their evening walk or run, and a sauna for those who want to relax and get rid of muscle aches. There is also an outdoor pool and gazebos to bring joy to the warm summer days. Inside the flats, there are hobby rooms, built-in white goods and a shower cabin.

The location attracts people who want to own a house near the city center, but outside the crowd and noise of the city.
