Huzurlu Marmara

Huzurlu Marmara was built by Huzurlu Insaat in Beylikduzu, which is one of the fastest-growing and fastest-appreciating regions on the European side of Istanbul. The project was built on a 27.000 sqm land area and it consists of 500 residential units.

There are 2 + 1, 3 + 1 and 4 + 1 apartments, which appeal to all kinds of demands. All of the apartments have their own balconies with a view of the Marmara Sea, and 85% of the project area is set aside for green areas and landscaping. The building complex provides an automatic generator, sound and heat insulation, unique decoration, built-in products, closets and luxurious devices at the same time. Moreover, the project is designed considering earthquake regulations. After the project is complete, about two thousand people will live in the project.

There is a wide variety of social facilities, which are playgrounds, an ornamental pool, outdoor parking lots and walking tracks, and the building complex is equipped with 24/7 security cameras.
