Imperium No 2 Residence

Imperium No 2 Residence is a residential project by Imperium Gayrimenkul ve Insaat in the Talatpasa neighborhood of Kagithane, on the European side of Istanbul. It fills a block between Dunur Sokak, Nisane Caddesi and Saritas Sokak, just off the E-5 highway and next to the developer's completed Imperium No 1 Residence. Two blocks with 12 residential floors stand over five basement levels on a plot of about 2,000 sqm, with 123 apartments and 2 shops at street level. Construction began in September 2024, and the developer plans handover in March 2027.

There are 18 1+1, 91 2+1 and 14 3+1 apartments. The developer gives gross sizes of about 75 to 108 sqm for a 1+1, 108 to 143 sqm for a 2+1 and 143 to 249 sqm for a 3+1, and the largest 3+1 apartments on the upper floors have a separate kitchen and a terrace. About 500 sqm of indoor facilities hold a swimming pool, a fitness room, a sauna and a steam room, and there is a lobby with a reception desk, 24-hour security and parking on the basement levels. A courtyard with a children's playground lies between the two blocks.
