Ispartakule Avrasya Konutlari

Ispartakule Avrasya Konutlari is a residential project by Fuzul GYO in the Firuzkoy neighborhood of Avcilar, in the Ispartakule area on the European side of Istanbul, near the border with Bahcesehir. It has 312 apartments and 3 shops on a plot of 11,599 sqm, with 28,676 sqm of construction. The four blocks, of 10 to 13 stories including the ground floor, are set around a central garden. The project is being built, and the developer plans to hand over the homes in 2028.

There are 119 1+1, 153 2+1 and 40 3+1 apartments, and most of the 1+1 homes are in the tallest block. The 2+1 plans measure about 67 to 101 sqm gross, and the 3+1 apartments, which have two bathrooms, about 130 sqm. Residents share a fitness room, a sauna and a Turkish bath, and the garden has a walking track and children's playgrounds. The site has 24-hour security with a gated entrance and 123 indoor parking spaces. The developer gives the drive to the Northern Marmara and TEM motorways as 5 minutes and to Mall of Istanbul as 10 minutes.
