Istanbul Zen

The Istanbul Zen project is constructed by Yapi Kredi Koray GYO in Eyup – Gokturk. It contains 74 units. It is constructed on a 10.000 sqm land area. In the project, there are 2+1, 3+1 and 4+1 apartment options ranging from 98 to 213 sqm. The project is designed with a modern and luxurious housing concept. The distance to the city center is 15 minutes on average. It is a hidden region because it is intertwined with the forest. There are school alternatives and large shopping malls in the surroundings. Istanbul Zen, the second residence project of Yapi Kredi Koray, is designed with the objective of a harmonious coexistence of urban comforts and the peace offered by nature. The project is developed in Gokturk Municipality, known for its earthquake-resistant areas, on 10.000 sqm of land adjacent to Istanbul.
