JW Marriott Residences Tarabya, Istanbul is a residential project by Gul ve Aslan Insaat and Tarabya Yapi Gayrimenkul Yatirim in the Cumhuriyet neighborhood of Sariyer, next to Tarabya, on the European side of Istanbul. Its address is Araba Yolu Caddesi No. 1. The project site carries the Gul Insaat and Aslanlar Grubu logos, and the companies use the JW Marriott name under a license from Marriott International, which does not own, develop or sell the residences. The development has 215 apartments in two towers, with 20 office units and 6 street-facing commercial units. Construction was completed in 2026, and the residences are ready for handover.

The apartments range from 1+1 to 4+1, and some are loft homes with terraces. On the developer's plans, the 1+1 apartments measure about 81 to 152 sqm gross, the 2+1 apartments about 144 to 296 sqm, the 3+1 apartments about 236 to 284 sqm and the 4+1 apartments about 303 to 341 sqm. On the 21st floor, penthouses of about 321 to 529 sqm gross have large roof terraces and private pools. A 700 sqm social area holds an outdoor swimming pool, massage rooms, a Turkish hammam, a sauna and a fitness center. The developer describes views of the sea and the forest from the apartments.
