Kemerlife 23

Located in the Kemerburgaz district of Istanbul’s European side, the Kemerlife 23 project of Metal Yapi Konut created a green and futuristic living environment for its residents. The project includes 168 residential units that have a wide range of single-storey and double-storey apartment types. Within the units, the availability of various aspects such as a storage area, built-in white goods, solar panels, terrace and balcony options and smart building features creates a desirable space for living.

Apart from these facilities, the location of the project offers practicality for both public transportation users and drivers. Its easy access to the TEM Highway and closeness to IETT bus stops as well as the M2 metro line serve both groups of transportation users.
