Kentev Carsi

The Kentev Carsi project is located in the Pendik district of Istanbul’s Anatolian side, towards the Tuzla region and closer to Sabiha Gokcen International Airport. The project’s founding company is Ihya Yapi. The project includes 4 residential blocks, which add up to 110 units in total. The entire project is situated on a 5.000 sqm land area. There are 3 different types of residence in Kentev Carsi, varying according to their area per unit and number of bedrooms. The average area of the units ranges from 84 to 256 sqm per unit. Besides the residences in the project, the “carsi” area offers various commercial areas reserved for the store-type units. The stores are located on the lower levels of the residence blocks.

The features of the project include an indoor swimming pool, a children’s swimming pool and playground, a sauna, a fitness center, a basketball and volleyball court, a tennis court, an underground parking lot and elevators in the blocks; central heating, heat cost allocators, an ensuite bathroom in the master bedroom and a storage area in the units. Also, each unit in the project is provided with a balcony section.
