Kiptas Maslak Modern

Kiptas Maslak Modern is an urban renewal project by Kiptas, the housing company of the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, in the Ayazaga neighborhood of Sariyer on the European side of Istanbul. The owners of 16 separate parcels came together and applied for renewal, and after the old buildings were cleared, construction began on a new project of 249 homes.

According to Kiptas, the project has an indoor car park, a social facility, a generator, a water cistern, charging points for electric vehicles, a grey water recovery system and a renewable energy source. Apartments are delivered with a split air conditioner in the living room and a built-in oven, hob and hood.
