Lotus Nisantasi

A brand new project is emerging between Sisli and Nisantasi, which is one of the first areas that come to mind when Istanbul is mentioned. Lotus Nisantasi is located in the center of the streets of Halaskargazi, Rumeli, and Valikonagi; it is a comprehensive project integrating residences, office buildings, hotels, and shopping malls. Bertugbey Insaat is the contractor for the project, which will add a different color to Nisantasi, the most prestigious location in the city, and Tabanlioglu Architecture undertook the architectural design.

Lotus Nisantasi covers an area of 9,000 square meters, with a total construction area of 97,000 square meters. Lotus Nisantasi includes the renovation of old projects in its area, aiming to harmonize with the traditional architecture of this historic district in Istanbul.

The main goal of the project, which perfectly blends modern architecture with the unique historical fabric of its region, is "to once again host a contemporary lifestyle in contemporary Sisli", providing all the opportunities and amenities that the residents need.
