Luxera Bahce Port

Luxera Bahce Port is a residential project by Luxera GYO in the Hicret neighborhood of Arnavutkoy, in the Bolluca area on the European side of Istanbul. It has 110 homes and a row of shops in two blocks, each with a basement, a ground floor of shops and five upper floors, on a 6,480 sqm corner plot on Yildirim Beyazit Caddesi. The site is next to the Arnavutkoy Millet Bahcesi, a public park of 300,000 sqm. The buildings were finished in 2025 and received their occupancy permit in July 2026.

The homes are 1+1, 2+1 and 3+1 apartments, with 2+1, 3+1 and 6+1 duplexes with roof terraces on the top floor. Net floor areas on the developer's plans run from about 49 sqm for a 1+1 to about 154 sqm for the 6+1 duplex. Residents have a fitness room, sauna, Turkish bath and walking area, and there are cafes in the shops at street level. The developer gives the drive to Istanbul Airport as 10 minutes, to the Northern Marmara Motorway as 5 minutes and to the TEM motorway as 15 minutes.
