Modakent Sancaktepe Konaklari

Modakent Sancaktepe Konaklari is located in the Sancaktepe district on the Anatolian side of Istanbul and was built by Modakent AS. The entire project is built for residential purposes, and there are 72 residential units available in the project. The land area of Modakent Sancaktepe Konaklari is 3.500 sqm. There are 5 types of residence offered for the choice of the future residents of the project, which are 2+1, 2+2, 3+1, 3+2 and 4,5+1 units. The project is ready for delivery at the moment.
