Modoglu Park Pendik

Modoglu Park Pendik is a residential project built in the Pendik district of Istanbul’s Anatolian side. The project is owned by Mustafa Modoglu Holding. The whole project is built on a 5.500 sqm land area. There are three blocks within this project, and they add up to 120 residential units. Nearly all of the units are designed as 3+1 types, except for the penthouse units, which are 4+2 duplexes.

The delivery date of these units was April 2019. The location of the project is very central to the airport and highways in Pendik and the whole of the Anatolian side. The availability of the D100 Highway lessens the time spent in traffic for the residents of Modoglu Park Pendik. Also, there are various university campuses as well as hospitals in the surrounding neighborhoods.

Some of the living facilities offered by the project can be listed as an outdoor swimming pool and a children’s swimming pool, a children’s playground, a fitness center, a gazebo, a walking track, a pond and green living spaces, a view of the islands and the Marmara Sea, an elevator and other residential/structural qualities. These qualities include built-in white goods within the units, en suite bathroom and balcony options, a split air conditioning system and central heating.
