Natura Ferce

Natura Ferce is a residential project by Firat Life Style, Ustun Yapi Insaat and BCM Insaat in Esenyurt, on the European side of Istanbul, and the developers market it as part of Bahcesehir. It has 2,482 apartments and 17 commercial units in 15 blocks on a 68,200 sqm site, with 54,400 sqm of green space. Firat Life Style lists it among its ongoing projects.

The homes are 2+1 and 3+1 apartments, and the developer's sample plans give a gross size of about 105 sqm for a 2+1 and about 157 sqm for a 3+1. The site has a swimming pool, a gym, tennis, football and basketball courts, a badminton area, walking paths, children's playgrounds and pet parks, with charging points for electric cars. A small shopping street inside the project is planned for a market, a hairdresser, a dry cleaner, a cafe and a restaurant. The blocks are built with tunnel formwork on piled foundations. The developer gives the distance to Akbati shopping center as 2.5 km and to Istanbul Airport as 35 km.
