Nef Bahcelievler

Built by Timur Gayrimenkul in the Bahcelievler district on Istanbul’s European side, Nef Bahcelievler is built upon a 44.326 sqm land area in total. The project includes 903 residential units which come in 4 different options: 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom, and 4-bedroom apartment types. The area of the units ranges between 60 and 270 sqm. The expected delivery date of these units was set as August 2019.

Timur Gayrimenkul’s project includes an indoor swimming pool, a children’s playground, a sauna and fitness center, a shopping center, a cafeteria and restaurant area, a cinema, security staff with CCTV watch and controlled entrance for pedestrians and vehicles, a recreational pond, a walking track and an underground parking lot.

The units include an ensuite bathroom for the master bedroom and a central heating system at the time of delivery. Some of the structural qualities of the project can be listed as an elevator, a storage tank, a power generator, a lobby and reception area, a sprinkler system and a water booster.
