Nef Offices 09 Dort Levent

This project is completed by Nef (Timur Gayrimenkul) in 4. Levent/Besiktas. It is designed by HOK, which is one of the most prestigious architecture companies of Europe. The project consists of two 16-floor building blocks which have 254 office units, 48 residential units and 17 commercial units. It is dazzling as a successful mixed project in Istanbul.

The office areas range from 50 sqm to 110 sqm and, in addition to offices, there are commercial units, the common NefSquare, basement floors for archiving, floors that contain Foldoffice units and underground parking lots. Foldhome units were invented by Nef, and they make it possible to have 23 rooms whenever you want although the office is only 60 m2 in size.

Social facilities and resting areas are also emphasized in this project. Squash & basketball courts, PlayStation rooms, a happy hour terrace, a private movie theater, a party room and a playground are some of the opportunities for the office workforce and the residents.

A copy center, training rooms, a showroom, a video conference room and server rooms are examples of the considerations made to meet all kinds of needs of office professionals.

Since it is in one of the busiest city centers of Istanbul, public transportation lines in particular are highly developed. The metro station is just 120 meters away from the project and it takes 5 – 7 minutes on foot.
