Nur Rezidans

Nur Rezidans is constructed on a 900 sqm land area in one of the most modern districts of Istanbul, which is Kadikoy/Goztepe. It consists of 20 apartments. By having 2 apartments on each floor, Nur Rezidans provides a safe residence life and good neighborly relationships.

Social facilities and landscaping are also provided in the project. A 650 sqm land area is left for landscaping. Thus, a peaceful environment is obtained. A playground for children, an ornamental pool, a gazebo, indoor parking and a private storage area for each apartment are the basic needs of residence life, so they are especially provided for a happy residence life.

The exterior design of Nur Rezidans was designed by Mental Design Works, under the supervision of the architect Salih Cikman, the finalist of the world's largest and most respected global architecture event, the World Architecture Festival (WAF).

The location of the project is very convenient for transportation. Nur Rezidans is located close to public transportation facilities such as the metro and metrobus, and has easy access to the city center.
