Onay Buyuk Konaklar

Onay Buyuk Konaklar is a villa project by Onay Grup and Sacak A.S., working together as ONSAC, in Buyukcekmece, on the European side of Istanbul. The official site plan shows 27 detached houses, which the developer calls konaks, on about 48,000 sqm of sloping land within walking distance of Buyukcekmece Lake. Retaining walls step the land so that every house looks toward the lake.

Each konak stands on its own plot of about 1,310 to 1,575 sqm and has about 620 to 665 sqm of net space on two floors, terraces included. The house plans show five bedrooms with dressing areas, a staff room, a Turkish bath, a sauna and a fitness room, and each garden has its own swimming pool, fire pit and gazebo. Homes have underfloor heating, separate cooling units and home automation. A social building holds a cafe and a meeting room, and the site has covered and open parking with charging points for electric cars, a controlled entrance, cameras and a generator. The developer gives the distance to the TUYAP fair center as 5.7 km and to Istanbul Airport as 37 km.
