Hak Yapi’s new residential structure, the residence project “Onlife” rises in the Pendik district on Istanbul’s Anatolian side. The project includes largely residential units but also commercial ones that could be used as stores on the ground level of the blocks. There are 430 residential units within the complex, and their delivery was scheduled to begin when construction ended in January 2020. The Onlife project is a new center of residence in the area, holding a huge piece of land, 16.000 sqm, and many blocks on its site.

There are two types of units available in the project, namely 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom types. The area of the units ranges between 85 and 157 sqm.

The social facilities that are open for the residents’ use starting from the delivery date are a fitness center with the latest sports equipment, spa units containing a sauna, a children’s playground and mini parks, an underground parking lot and security staff available 24/7 with CCTV surveillance and controlled entrance. Other structural features inherent to Onlife are an elevator, central heating and heat cost allocator systems, emergency codes and compliance with recently renewed evacuation plans, and terraces and balconies within units.
