Otostat

Gulan Grup’s Otostat project is located in Sancaktepe’s Eyup Sultan neighborhood. Otostat serves as a second-hand automobile shopping center/bazaar and could also be used as a garage. The first stage of the construction ended in 2017, and the project was scheduled to be completed, with the units delivered to their owners, by the end of 2018.

There are 340 independent commercial units in the Otostat project. The land area of the project equals approximately 43 thousand sqm. The complex has the capacity to serve 40 companies and the area of these commercial units range between 180 and 2.500 sqm. Besides the units, the Otostat project includes a hotel of 24 rooms within the project’s land, which has meeting halls for those coming from outside Istanbul.

The commercial complex hosts a cafeteria, a restaurant, an underground car park and a security guard with camera surveillance. An elevator is available for the upper storeys.

The commercial project is situated next to the TEM Highway on the Anatolian side of Istanbul, which is an accessible location for various visitors from both Istanbul and other cities.
