Palace Istanbul Beylerbeyi

Palace Istanbul Beylerbeyi is a residential project by Kurulus Insaat in the Beylerbeyi neighborhood of Uskudar, on the Asian side of Istanbul. It is being built beside the Asian end of the 15 July Martyrs Bridge, with a wooded grove next to the site. The project has 6 residential blocks, named A1, A2, B1, B2, C1 and C2, and the developer says their classical facades carry on the style of the nearby Beylerbeyi Palace.

Blocks A1 and A2 have 1+1, 2+1, 3+1 and 4+2 apartments, blocks B1 and B2 have 2+1, 3+1 and 4+1 apartments, and blocks C1 and C2 have plans from 2+1 up to 5+2. Shared facilities include a spa with a hammam and sauna, a swimming pool, sports areas with yoga, Pilates and meditation studios, an open-air cinema, a children's club and a pet club, and residents have a 24-hour concierge service. The developer gives the drive to the 15 July Martyrs Bridge and to Beylerbeyi pier as 3 minutes each, to Sabiha Gokcen Airport as 28 minutes and to Istanbul Airport as 30 minutes.
