Park Planet

Senkaya Insaat’s Park Planet is based in Kurtkoy, on the Anatolian side of Istanbul. There are four residential blocks in the project, which add up to 240 residential units in total. The area per residential unit ranges between 51 and 226 sqm. The units vary according to their number of bedrooms and their sqm areas.

The social qualities of the residence can be listed as outdoor and indoor swimming pools along with a children’s swimming pool, a fitness center, children’s recreational parks, a cafeteria and restaurant, a gazebo, a lake and ponds, a sunbathing terrace, a walking track, outdoor and underground parking lots and security personnel with CCTV monitoring.

Within the units, the residents’ comfort and convenience are considered at the highest level. Central heating, heat cost allocators, balcony options, an en suite bathroom and an en suite wardrobe room are present in the units. The storage area, power generator, water booster and elevator are some of the structural qualities in Park Planet. The construction of Park Planet was finished in December 2017 and the delivery of the units has already started.
