Polat Fulya

Polat Fulya is a residential project by Polat Insaat in the Dikilitas neighborhood of Besiktas, on the European side of Istanbul, in the area known as Fulya. It stands on Yesilcimen Sokak near the border with Sisli and has 124 apartments in two blocks, A and B, with a row of shops under a covered walkway along the street. Polat Insaat was founded in 1955 and belongs to the Ibrahim Polat Holding group. Construction is under way, and a show apartment has been finished.

Each block runs from a garden floor up to the ninth floor, and the top of each block holds four two-level penthouses with roof terraces. Plans go from 1+1 apartments of about 62 to 90 sqm gross to 4+1 and 5+1 duplexes of about 275 to 334 sqm, and the garden-floor apartments open onto private terraces. Between the blocks there is a landscaped garden with an outdoor swimming pool and children's playgrounds. The site is walled, with two controlled entrances, security cameras and round-the-clock security. The developer puts Fulya metro station 750 m away and Acibadem Fulya Hospital 30 m away.
