Portre Metro

The Portre Metro project rises in Pendik, a district that will become a new residence stop and investment magnet of Istanbul. With the cooperation between Akbulut Insaat, Arma Yapi and CK Group, the Portre Metro project will provide 96 residential units to the prospective clients in the upcoming November. The residence units will range in type with 3 different designs: 2+1, 3+1 and 5+1. This way, there will be residences available for different groups of residents, from single people to small or large families.

The project presents the prospective clients with a modern understanding of urban design. Without reducing the green living space, a variety of facilities and services are provided for the clients. Some other features of the Portre Metro premises are landscape areas, recreational units, a walking track, a fitness center that provides various well-being activities, an amphitheater, gazebos and a basketball court. In addition, the project seems to unite its natural and aesthetic aspects in one body.

One of the most significant aspects of the project is its proximity to means of public transportation. Portre Metro is located within walking distance of the metro station and IETT bus stops. This feature eliminates the problem of transportation for non-drivers. On the other hand, residents who drive will be able to connect to both inner-city roads and highways for inter-district transportation. Hence, the traffic problem is dealt with by Portre Metro.
