Seyirtepe Evleri

Seyirtepe Evleri is a residential project carried out by Kartal Group. The project rises in the Alibeykoy district on the European side of Istanbul. Alibeykoy is close to 4th Levent and the Seyrantepe/Kagithane region. The district also hosts an intercity bus terminal. The Seyirtepe Evleri project contains 50 residential units built upon a land area of 3.720 sqm in total. The project, besides its vast number of residential services and living opportunities, has 2 types of apartments so that the residents can choose what fits them better. These types are 2+1 and 3+1, which also vary according to their sizes.
